    Description

    Job Responsibilities :

  • End-to-end order processing in SAP pertaining to store's transactions (such as order entry / administration / replenishment / marketings / return handling, etc.)
  • Track and report orders'/shipments' status progress, communicating to stores on expected arrival of shipments
  • Perform replenishment shipment to retail store(s), regional warehouse(s) in accordance with inventory replenishment strategy
  • Review and perform order rectification when required
  • Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against store(s)
  • Manage return merchandise in store(s) to various service center(s)
  • Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders and overseas agents, to solve problems, proposing and executing configurations to the operational processes to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company's risk
  • Develop and build strong relationship with Retail Store Ops & Store Managers to align processes
  • Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management
  • Ability to manage huge data and high volume of daily work

    • Pre-Requisites :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work outside of regular hours in accordance with business needs
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative with excellent email writing and etiquettes
  • Decisive, result-focused and able to work independently as well as in team to handle diverse situations
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
