    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    As part of the finance team and critical function for IBO, the payroll specialist ensures accurate processing and recording of IB payroll for all the employees globally..

    The payroll specialist is required to provide timely and accurate reports to the relevant parties and support the payroll processing activities as part of an in-house shared service model.

    Responsibilities

    · Ensures that all employees are paid accurately on the scheduled payment dates.

    · Ensures that all employees are paid based on their service contract – leave records and banking information

    · Ensures that all payroll related information is updated – new hires, resignation, claims, salary adjustment, increment and bonus

    · Reconciles the payroll ledger to the general ledger monthly, to allow the proper closure of the monthly financial books

    · Prepares all monthly reports for statutory requirement

    · Ensures reports accuracy for these reports

    · Addresses all employee payroll queries satisfactory and ensure closure of the ticket.

    Requirements

    · Have a good knowledge on payroll processes.

    · Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality is a must.

    · Possess strong arithmetic skills, with a keen eye for details.

    · Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Able to work independently.

    · Able to prioritize tasks and have a problem-solving mindset.

    · Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
