- Attend to customers and provide advice on products, brand or company related enquiries;
- Process customer's orders and carry out cashiering duties;
- Upsell promotional products and/or new products to customers;
- Basic food preparation and packing of products;
- Daily maintenance of outlet's cleanliness and sanitation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards;
- Perform service recovery positively intending to keep patrons happy and ensure recurring business;
- Responsible for outlet opening and closing;
- Assist in day-to-day outlet operations;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.
