    Established in January 2011, SINGAPORE FOZL GROUP PTE. LTD. is is a corporate advisory firm licensed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).Located at the heart of Singapore's Central Business District in Raffles Place, FOZL assists local and overseas clients in registering companies in Singapore, and provides accounting, annual return filing, tax filing, trademark registration and human resource consulting services.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking for candidate to join our corporate services team. The candidate will be part of a team and responsible for new/existing client's queries. The responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support.
    • First point of contact and support to clients.
    • Execute the company's operations plan.
    • Prepare service related materials and documents.
    • Follow up on customer service progress and payment collections.
    • Issue Tax Invoice to clients.
    • Resolve customer's enquiries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
    • Any other tasks as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Studies or any other equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and able to work independently.
    • Strong self-learning ability and strong result driven person in order to meets company's objectives.
    • Passion for customer service and a good team player.
    • Training will be provided.

    Other Information:

    • This customer serevice position is not required to make any cold calls or source potential new clients, purely customer service support role.
