It's a great opportunity to contribute to both finance and HR operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily updates to the directors.
Financial Administration:
Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as scanning receipts and paperwork.
- Perform audits on receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collect receipts from various outlets, process them promptly, and organize them systematically in a centralized drive.
Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, overseeing its efficient operation and resolving any related issues promptly.
- Process claims efficiently, categorizing them based on claimant information.
HR Compliance and Schedule Management:
Manage HR compliance matters.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of workers' schedules.
- Conduct audits on staff schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Operational Oversight:
Collaborate with directors to oversee the effective functioning of all outlets, including "99 Old Trees Durian Shop" and "Gelato Tom's Palette."
- Work closely with the management team to anticipate and address operational challenges.
