Description

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target companies to understand their certifications and professional standards development needs and promote our professional services as a solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and customize proposals to address the specific requirements of corporate clients.
Negotiate and finalize proposal and contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales
Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
