    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant/Butler. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day affairs of the household, providing support to the executive and ensuring smooth operations both domestically and professionally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Manage the household helpers, overseeing their tasks and ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled to a high standard.

    · Assist with the executive's personal affairs, including running errands, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

    · Take the household helpers and children out for activities, providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

    · Drive the executive as needed, with proficiency in driving luxury vehicles such as Alpha, ensuring efficient transportation within Singapore.

    · Be available to manage the entire household in the executive's absence, staying at the residence for short periods during travel.

    Requirements:

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English, to facilitate seamless communication in diverse settings.

    · Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with proven navigation skills in Singapore.

    · Demonstrated ability to undertake personal assistant duties, showing reliability and responsibility.

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

    · Flexibility and adaptability to manage various tasks simultaneously, including willingness to work additional hours when necessary.

    · Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.

    · Proficiency in household management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable service delivery.

    · Culinary knowledge or experience coordinating with chefs/catering services is advantageous.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    · Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently.

    · Meticulously manage complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
