Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop a sales strategy in line with the overall business strategy, which involves identifying target markets and customers, devising marketing and sales campaigns, setting sales targets, and driving revenue to meet these targets.
Scout for new business opportunities and potential clients within the APAC region.
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels like email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and conferences.
Perform thorough needs analysis and identify client-side challenges.
Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by establishing processes and tools to track and oversee the progress of each opportunity.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, manage their expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align the sales strategy with the overall business strategy and customer needs.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Possess 4-5 years of prior industry-related business development experience.
Demonstrate previous sales experience in the APAC market with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and crafting sales strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to forge strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues that may arise in the sales process.
Goal-oriented and focused mindset.
