Job description:
The Account Manager is responsible for selling Broadcom's Software Defined Edge (SDE) product portfolio to Singtel Group in the APAC region. The AM will manage and drive a business responsibility of $6M+ and will represent Broadcom to the customers and develop market and account strategies to drive growth. This position is responsible for establishing and developing trusted relationships across all levels at the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Definitionand execution of business plan to drive the SDE business in Singtel group
Developa trusted network and establish relationship with key contacts atassigned accounts.
Createa compelling business growth strategy in the assigned accounts and markets.
Demandcreation and execution of account penetration sales strategy, while monitoring and reporting account/market plans against goals (design wins, revenue growth and corporate targets).
Manageand engage all relevant stakeholders to identify, cultivate and convert the new business opportunity pipeline.
Achievequarterly sales goals in line in with corporate targets.
Interactseamlessly and collaboratively across all disciplines within the company.
SpecificKnowledge/Experience/Expertise
10-15 years sales experience in telco industry
In-depthknowledge of Service Provider Network and EDGE technologies.
Existingnetwork in the APAC Service Provider accounts.
Experiencein working with multinational accounts.
Cancope with change, proactive, fast learner, ability to work under stress, and results oriented.
Problemsolving skills: Understand the nature of the challenges and be able to propose accurate solutions and can-do negotiation.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills required.
