- Manage data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and policies.
- Update employee records accurately and confidentially.
- Post job ads, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication.
- Conduct initial resume screening and coordinate interview logistics.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and termination processes.
- Complete paperwork and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Handle project billing and tracking of payment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or HR-related experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
