    Roles & Responsibilities

    Administrative Executive

    • Assist in day to day administrative work
    • Data entry for sales figures
    • Assist Sales Manager and Sales Director in documentation and admin work for key accounts (estimated 30 key accounts they have in Singapore)
    • Assist in packing if required

    Requirements

    • Proficient in Excel, V Lookup, Microsoft work
    • Have used similar system like Zerox or is willing to learn and pick up fast
    • Able to work in a refrigerated environment around 15 Degrees (Company will sponsor partially winter clothes

    Additional Info

    • Work Location: Jalan Buroh
    • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 5pm on weekdays, 9am o 12.30pm on Saturdays)
