    Job Description

    Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP, you will be the Talent Acquisition and HR business partner for one of the business units. You will work closely with the business stakeholders and leaders in building a high performing culture and growing the organisation's talent pool.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR leadership team to align HR strategy to business objectives
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills & experience
  • Facilitate the negotiation process between the hiring team and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation, benefits and other terms of employment
  • Improve employee experience and engagement through different touchpoints and communication platforms
  • Coordinate and execute activities relating to manpower/budget planning, salary review
  • Advise line management on HR policies, including recruitment, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness
  • Be part of HR-related projects, when required and other ad hoc projects that may arise
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, agency background preferred
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages beneficial
  • Team player, who is mature with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience working Workday HCM would be ideal
