    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive end-to-end service for trip organization, including ticket booking, hotel reservations, and travel itinerary preparation
    • Manage correspondence and handle travel arrangements efficiently
    • Run necessary errands for guests
    • Undertake any additional ad-hoc assignments or projects as delegated

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a Personal Assistant role within the travel sector
    • Demonstrated strong multitasking and organizational abilities
    • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, or related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience
    • Availability to accommodate travel changes, including weekends, as per business demands
    • Exhibit high levels of confidentiality and effective communication across all organizational levels
