    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Introduction:Join our team as a Personal Assistant and support our daily operations in the insurance sector. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed at least an N-level education and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • WhatsApp Communication Management:Promptly and professionally respond to client inquiries and communications via WhatsApp.
      Manage and organize WhatsApp messages to ensure no queries go unanswered.
      Relay important messages to relevant team members as necessary.
    • Document Handling and Paperwork:Prepare, organize, and manage paperwork related to insurance claims and policy summaries.
      Ensure accurate and timely submission of all insurance claims.
      Maintain meticulous records of policy transactions and adjustments.
    • Administrative Support:Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
      Provide general administrative support to enhance workflow within the office.
      Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum education: Completed N-levels.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital communication tools.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask with attention to detail.
    • Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required.
