    Roles & Responsibilities

    Working Location: Tampines Central

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

    Hourly Pay: $11.50/hr

    Work Period: Immediate till end June 2024 (subject to further extension based on performance)

    No Prior Experience Required

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and assist with incoming enquiries from customers
    • NO SALES INVOLVED
    • TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

    Requirements:

    • GCE O Level and above
    • Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
    • Excellent team player who is task-orientated
    • Possess Good Customer Service Skills
