    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    · Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director, which includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and drafting correspondence.

    · Take care of the Director's personal and family matters.

    · Conduct research, prepare, and handle confidential matters.

    · Accompany the Director and family for overseas assignments when necessary.

    · Arrange travel, including booking air tickets, applying for visas, reserving accommodations, and coordinating schedules, as well as managing all expense claims.

    · Repsonsible for the home and personal security management

    · Handle any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by the Director and their family.

    Requirements:

    · Must be patient and capable of multitasking.

    · Willingness to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays.

    · Confident, self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal or no supervision.

    · Knowledge of personal safety and security.

    · Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, as well as comprehension.

    · Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Assistant (PA) or secretary roles.

    · Must be willing to travel overseas as required.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    · Knowledge of accounting is preferred.
