    Roles & Responsibilities

    Established Service Event Management Company is seeking to hire for an Events Executive / an Events Manager, Up $5K

    Working Hours: 5 days week

    For events: weekend, PH and after office hours will be activated.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
    • Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
    • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
    • Lead a team of event staff and vendors to execute events seamlessly and professionally.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations during events.
    • Evaluate the success of events through client feedback and post-event analysis, identifying areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in event management, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation. Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and handle high-pressure situations.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event planning and execution.
    • Bachelor Degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in event management, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
