    Roles & Responsibilities

    About this role:

    We are looking for an Events Executive who will be in charge of conceptualizing, plan and manage pre, during and post events / webinars. This role requires someone who is a team player and able to lead and manage various stakeholders independently. This role will report directly to Head of Distribution.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize, Plan and Manage Pre, During Post Events/Webinars
    • Plan and organize the outreach and marketing of the events/webinars
    • Develop collaterals and materials for marketing of the events/webinars
    • Execute the concepts through the various platforms and channels
    • Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback for the event/webinar/team
    • Provide support to other project teams where necessary.
    • Monitor results closely and create detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
    • Adjust marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
    • Any other ad-hoc duties

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
    • Detail-oriented with a strong desire to be successful
    • Able to think creatively and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
    • Must possess a strong work ethic as well as a dedicated and positive attitude
    • Excellent oral and communication skills
    • Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills; professional at all times, with co-workers and vendors
    • Experience in executing events and online meetings like Teams, Webinar or Zooms
