Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be based in Singapore and will manage an assigned key customer relationship, including formulating and driving a specific customer account strategy to encompass the complete long-term relationship between the company and the customer.

This role is an individual contributor role and does not have team reporting to the role.

Key tasks:

Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell company Product and services;
Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader
Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline.
Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services
Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

What you know?

Bachelor's degree from recognized university, in Mechanical or Marine Engineering or related.
Minimum 3 solid years of experiences in sales / services sales / after sales preferably in the Marine industry.
Well-versed with development and execution of sales strategies and has also demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity.
Strong with data analytics, using both offline and online channels to grow sales.
Proactive, service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions.
Self-motivated team player with strong customer focus. You should have the courage to take new initiatives and drive implementation.
