Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and provide hiring recommendations
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees.
Facilitate engaging and informative onboarding sessions to acclimate new hires to the company culture, values, and expectations
Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal process, working closely with department heads and team leaders.
Conduct performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in evaluating group performance.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to achieve and sustain organizational goals.
Develop strategies to identify high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and implementing retention initiatives
Compile and analyze HR metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Implement and support programs / activities that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, with knowledge of HR laws and best practices
Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully interact with internal and external contacts.
A strategic mindset to align talent acquisition and development strategies with the organization's goals and future needs.
Ability to leverage HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-informed decisions.
Team player with ability to work independently
