    Roles & Responsibilities

    HR Executive

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Manage the Organisation's HR functions including employee onboarding, administration, benefits, Payroll & CPF preparation and till employee offboarding with FnF payments, throughout employee life cycle. HR administration and transactional support will include:

    • HR database management and maintenance.
    • Administer all work passes applications and renewals.
    • Corporate insurance enrolment.
    • Corporate bills impacting employees' benefits and expense claims.
    • Government agencies' claims and surveys completion.
    • Participate and implement key HR projects and initiatives aligned to business practices; and other HR support required by business.
    • Consolidating monthly finance and business reports for the purpose of facilitating management business decisions

    Requirements:

    • Preferably Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations in Singapore.
    • Good knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF/IRAS statutory requirements.
    • Proficiency in MS Office application with advance skills in MS Excel.
    • Good Knowledge or hands on experience in general admin and finance.
    • Experience in IT Services Industry is an added advantage.
    • Adaptable, able to work effectively in a high-performance culture and fast paced multi-cultural environment.
    • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels.
