- HR database management and maintenance.
- Administer all work passes applications and renewals.
- Corporate insurance enrolment.
- Corporate bills impacting employees' benefits and expense claims.
- Government agencies' claims and surveys completion.
- Participate and implement key HR projects and initiatives aligned to business practices; and other HR support required by business.
- Consolidating monthly finance and business reports for the purpose of facilitating management business decisions
- Preferably Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF/IRAS statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office application with advance skills in MS Excel.
- Good Knowledge or hands on experience in general admin and finance.
- Experience in IT Services Industry is an added advantage.
- Adaptable, able to work effectively in a high-performance culture and fast paced multi-cultural environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels.
