    About this role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant to support our team on a temporary basis. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and adept at handling various tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage general enquiries, emails, and correspondence.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings.
    • Assist in preparing reports and documents.
    • Maintain filing systems and databases.
    • Provide general administrative support.

    Requirements:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Note: This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs.
