II. JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the smooth processing of new student admissions and ensure admission of new students into the school.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FunctionalStudent Admissions and Administration
Execute sales goals for the region, Forecast Annual, Quarterly and monthly student enrolment goals through overseas agent network
Develop agent network in overseas market- China, HK, Taiwan etc.
Develop admissions strategies through information analysis and recommendations; establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
Meet the monthly admission target by managing end to end marketing and sales strategy across the defined territory in accordance with the Budgeted numbers.
Ensure all relevant details are updated on the CRM for reference and review.
Plan regular training and knowledge enhancement sessions for Agent network
Facilitate new parents with Admissions process
Design, develop and constantly improve the customer interfaces related to the admissions procedure, practice, counselling techniques and service standards
Administer students' admission, student visas, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, in compliance with Ministry of Education and academic progression requirements
Develop and monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting and operational efficiency
Sales and Marketing
Develop ideas on increasing enrolment numbers
Plan and implement marketing activities to agreed budgets, admissions targets.
Conduct market research, competitor surveys and customer surveys
Be aware of market trends and reports shifts in marketplace to Management
Identify new channels to reach target audience-Agent Network, relocation Agents, Education consultant etc.
Attend corporate visits, Educational events, Overseas brand promotion activities for driving enrolments
Communications
Coordinate with Marketing and communication team for school website, newsletter, brochures and written communication – for Language translation and prepare messaging matrix
Event Management
Assist in organising various school activities and programs, including orientation, parent-and-teachers events, open house, extra-curricular activities, school and public fair
Represent GIIS in various open house events, seminars, conferences, workshops etc. and build a network in the education space.
People InteractionAttend to walk-ins, phone calls and emails admission enquiries professionally.
Establish good relationships with new parents and potential parents
OthersFormulate monthly admission targets
Project quarterly admissions accurately
Strong knowledge of the education industry and capability to build a robust sales strategy.
High stakeholder management skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & able to prioritize responsibilities.
Must be able to make a high level of influence, and have the ability to manage change.
Technology savvy.
IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum QualificationsGraduates or Master Degree holders
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Admissions management with a school or in similar customer facing roles
Should have experience in managing hands-on customer-facing team
Held leadership positions in the previous roles in the education industry for at least 3 years
Willing to travel overseas market extensively
Proficiency in Mandarin language is preferred to cater to create Agent network in countries like China, Hong Kong , Taiwan etc.
