- Will be working in ServiceNow Asset and Configuration management database (CMDB) and other integrated tools to ensure compliance to data quality and regulatory control criteria.
- Perform data analysis identifying root cause of any data quality issues and responsible for remediation.
- Implement the daily activities of asset and configuration updates
- Perform information asset assessments on Business Applications
- Perform yearly information domain certifications on all Business Applications validating compliance to all asset and configuration management regulatory controls.
- Track compliance to policies and procedures and resolving / escalating any compliance issues
- Provide data artefacts and participate in Asset and Configuration Management audits
- Ensure regular housekeeping of the Configuration Management System data
- Identify opportunities and submit proposals for improvement concerning tools, staff, training, procedures and work instructions
- University degree in IT or business information management or equivalent qualification
- ITIL Foundation preferred
- 3 years' experience in Configuration Management
- Experience in working with ServiceNow preferred
