    About the Job

    You play a key role in for overseeing all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

    • Full scope of shared services payroll processing for headcount of employees from different entities.
    • Accurate submission of statutory monthly / yearly / periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / ad-hoc IR21 / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims etc.
    • Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
    • Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
    • Manage the Time Management System (TMS).
    • Manage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    You will report to the payroll manager as an individual contributor role, and you will be based in Singapore.

    Who you Are

    • 2 years' experience in payroll processing in a MNC with headcount (<1000)
    • You have experience leading a team of technicians and supervisors
    • Good team player yet able to work independently.
    • You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and network with people.

    What you know

    • You have a diploma in the relevant trade
    • Local regulatory laws for payroll related.
