- End-to-end social campaigns delivery, implementation and operational management across the advertiser campaigns
- Paid social planning, forecasting with a rationale and eventually with flair
- Media buying across suite of Social platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), implementation and QA
- With the support of the team, ensure the delivery of Performance campaigns across various channels, platforms and touchpoints, in line with campaign objectives
- Understand performance objectives and set-up bidding strategies to effectively optimise and deliver towards brand lift metrics
- Weekly & monthly reporting, analysis and insights of on-going performance
- Review post campaign and monthly campaigns reconciliation, supported by finance peers
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate across all aspects of implementation and operational management, building strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to multi-task and effectively troubleshoot operational issues should the occasion calls for it
- Outstanding team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge and experience working with key platforms like Meta and TikTok is a must
- Experience in a media agency or in-house performance marketing department is a plus
