    Roles & Responsibilities


    Job Description:
    We're on the lookout for a dependable and effective Administrative Assistant to join our crew at our Jurong studio. This part-time role entails working four days a week at the studio, clocking in five hours each day, and having the option to put in extra hours remotely if needed. You'll be tackling a mix of administrative duties to keep our studio and company running smoothly.
    Start Date: Flexible
    Salary: $1400 per month
    Working Hours: 140 hours per month
    Location: Jurong
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Open or close the studio as necessary
    • Manage the studio desk and take care of daily admin tasks
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining schedules
    • Handle filing and data entry for membership records
    • Address requests and feedback from members
    • Support sales initiatives and meet other company needs
    • Offer overall administrative assistance as required
    • Assist in planning and overseeing workshops
    Requirements:
    • Solid organizational and time management abilities
    • Precision and attention to detail in data input
    • Effective communication and top-notch customer service skills
    • Capability to work autonomously and in a team setting
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and various office tools
