Overview

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale.

The Business & Sales Operations (BSO) group is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, planning, and sales operations. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, and drive business, sales, and partner transformation that forward Microsoft's business objectives.

The Sales Operations Manager role reports to the SOPM Manager who manages the Regional Sales Operations Program Team and is responsible for leading sales operations planning in line with company/Area strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field

Experience and deep knowledge within Quota Management, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales Excellence and/or Finance

Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome

Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business

Proven communication and collaboration skills

Change management experience

Governance and program management experience

Responsibilities

Drive Sales Operations Planning and in year Management

Enable productivity gains via MCAPS transformation initiatives

On-time and on-strategy outcomes on Segmentation, Territory Planning and Quota (as assigned)
