Description

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients for smart workspace solutions, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart workspace domain.
Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our smart workspace solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
Work closely with technical experts to design customized solutions that address client challenges.
Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Develop persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that meet client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
Set ambitious sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Be a high-level individual contributor to achieving business objectives.
Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology or smart solutions such as business intelligence, smart office, smart building, surveillance, physical security, locker solution
Strong understanding of smart office technologies, IoT, and related trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Highly motivated, resourceful, and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
Proven sales track record.
