Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunication, energy, or sustainability sector.

Digital Marketing:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create thought leadership content and industry insights.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice and messaging.

Event Management:

Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows to showcase products, services, and thought leadership.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
Measure event ROI and effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives.

Marketing Collateral Development:

Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional items, and multimedia assets.
Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage marketing communication budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor expenses and track ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4 years of relevant marketing communication experience in the telecommunication / Energy / Banking industries
Strong project management skills, able to handle tight deadlines
Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
