    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Requirements:

    • Provide Desktop, Network and IT Support to internal staff, cleaning site and customers
    • Support IT Procurement-related activities (e.g. yearly software license renewal activities, new IT equipment and negotiating with vendors for the best pricing).
    • Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment's
    • Setting up system accounts and email account for new users
    • Inactive system accounts and email account for resigned users
    • Onboarding new staff include setting up their laptop, computers and running through an IT induction on their first day
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
    • Provide administrative services and support for Google Workspace, Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365
    • Manage IT vendors on matters such as issue escalation and projects.
    • Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Running regular checks on network and data security
    • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
    • Any other IT related duties and activities as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in IT or its equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows 10/11 and MacOS or higher
    • Good understanding of TCP/IP and LAN technology.
    • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin (to communicate with our China offices).
    • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Required to travel to site to provide technical support

    Job Details:

    • 5 days' work week
    • 9am to 6pm
