    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
    • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives and continuously fostering their professional development.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Act as the primary contact for key accounts in the region, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that enhance their processes.
    • Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide insights into product development and innovations based on market demands.
    • Leverage technical expertise in flow and level measurement to provide support and guidance to the sales team and customers.
    • Organize and lead product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to achieving business goals.
    • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance metrics against strategic objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree / Master in mechanical engineering or equivalent
    • At least 6 – 7 years of relevant sales experience, including regional sales
    • Must have experience in either FLOW / LEVEL measurement
    • Experience working with EPC
    • Strong technical knowledge and good presentation and communications skills
