- Planning and booking of personal travel, accommodation arrangements, and immigration paperwork for executive and family.
- Personal event planning and management
- Support with the coordination of procurement of gifting, groceries and ensure deliveries.
- Support with the coordination to procure, fit-out and maintain private properties.
- Support with the coordination of childcare arrangement and facilities.
- Management of helpers and drivers.
- Management of private property leasing (listing, liaising with property managers, maintenance, cleaner vendors, designers, and/or renovation project managers etc.)
- Support with cover duties for Executive Secretary team member.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in a service industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Private Secretary you will support one of our company's senior executives. The role will focus on administrative and miscellaneous coordination of tasks, to allow the senior executive to focus on the necessary managerial responsibilities. You will have to be professional, maintain discrete and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
1. Proactively manage the senior executive's external appointments (including external boards), conferences, social activities, and entertainment etc.
2. Receive and screen phone calls/ emails and redirecting them accordingly
3. Maintains prompt and appropriate public relations on behalf of the senior executive for external boards and other external entities/ stakeholders
4. Handle confidential electronic and/or paper documents/ records ensuring they remain secure and easily accessible
5. Plan and assist with ad hoc events and tasks. Including but not limited to:
