About the Company

Our Client is a well-established leader in fire protection systems serving customers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead a sales team, spearheading sales drives.

Drive team performance and revenue growth through the creation and implementation of sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals;
Foster team achievement and motivation, guiding towards surpassing sales objectives with direct mentorship and skill development;
Spearhead business growth through the identification and cultivation of new prospects, coupled with the reinforcement of enduring customer alliances;
Lead client engagement efforts, including presentations and demonstrations;
Take charge of full sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, emphasizing procedural efficiency and client customization;
Coordinate with technical staff to ensure client proposals are precisely tailored to specific requirements;
Analyse market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover growth avenues and refine sales tactics;
Guide the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies targeted at identified opportunities;
Conduct and lead discussions on contractual terms with clients, aiming for alignment with organizational standards and cooperation with legal and financial frameworks.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant sales or account management experience;
Experience working with engineering products, including fire suppression systems and products;
In-depth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused;
Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;
Able to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
