    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    The Business Development Manager will be pivotal in expanding our derivative brokerage business within South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic sales and client management, particularly with institutional clients. This role requires a highly communicative and socially adept individual who can foster and maintain strong relationships, leading to sustained business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement business development strategies that promote the growth and expansion of our derivative brokerage services.

    · Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with institutional clients across South East Asia.

    · Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new contacts within the financial services industry to enhance business opportunities.

    · Coordinate with internal teams to develop bespoke brokerage solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.

    · Manage the end-to-end client relationship process, from initial contact through to deal closure and ongoing support.

    · Regularly attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends.

    · Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, outcomes, and ROI.

    · Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure alignment in the company's strategic messaging and outreach efforts.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    · Experience of 2 years (min) in a business development or sales role, ideally within the financial services or derivative brokerage sector.

    · Established network of contacts in the South East Asian financial services community.

    · Exceptional social and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.

    · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to plan and execute business growth initiatives.

    · Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    · Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages spoken in South East Asia is a plus.
